We are glad to share that we have taken one further step in improving Yodiz. For the last few months we have been working on number of interesting features and among them most important one was to convert our boards to "Real time" boards. Now sprint, release and issue boards don't need to refresh manually anymore and you get instant updates once your other team members update anything.

Besides real-time boards, there are number of other features that are available with this release update. Below you can find full list of features and details.

1. Real-time boards

As mentioned above, all boards are now real-time, which means if you are at issue board and a new issue gets reported by other team member it will immediately be visible at your view, similarly if your team member updates some task from New to In Progress the widget will also move from New to In Progress instantly.

Beside having all the time up to date board, this feature is extremely useful in situations like in remote sprint planning. Very often teams are global and while doing sprint planning team update stories, break them into tasks etc., and now all that can be visible to each team member without need of refreshing the boards again and again to view the latest changes.

2. Customizable Dashboards

Reporting & tracking is key aspect for management. In our earlier releases we enabled Yodiz to become more friendly to work in multiple projects. With user defined dashboard its next step. Now you can track multiple projects easily. For example, if you want to track burn down of 3 different sprints from different projects, you can easily create 3 instances of burn-down chart, select sprints and projects and view them side by side.

There are other nice features like ability to create shareable boards with your other team members.

3. Notifications enhancements – respond to add comment

We took major step in improving our notification experience. There is now queue and instead of sending notification on each small change we group them and send in single email. It will hopefully significantly reduce the email noise that you earlier get. Also, duplicated notifications have been removed.

Beside grouping of notifications template, we introduced another feature that is simply reply to the notification and your response will be added as comments to the items. This is very helpful in cases, where you just want to add comment to notification without the need to open the application.

4. History Filter on all the boards

To view quickly what has happened today, yesterday, or in last few days, we introduced history filter. By choosing the duration, you can check the "Last updated" items.

5. Release Analytics

A dedicated release analytics page is now available, you can track progress of release, burn down and burn up charts and more.
