ScrumBoard for Sprint planning and tracking

Yodiz ScrumBoard makes it really simple to manage your sprints. This is single view where you can track User-stories and their associated tasks. Dedicated view for issue tracking makes it easier to follow progress for issues for particular sprint. Top bar shows statistics, burn down chart, comments and possibility to define Sprint Goals.

How to use Product Backlog efficiently

Quick reorder with drag n drop or enter row# to move user story to particular position. Action buttons to move user story to ongoing or upcoming sprints, comments feature to engage your team members into discussion.

Add new members

It is very simple to add new members to your Yodiz project. From administration menu, select add new user, provide user email address and select the project you want him to be member of. User will receive email notification instantly. User can then select his password, provide other details and start contributing to your project instantly.

Import existing data

In few seconds you can import all your existing data through csv file to Yodiz. We have provided a custom csv template for both importing user stories and issues.

Issue Tracker Introduction

Yodiz issue tracker is simple, powerful and user friendly. All the right widgets and graphs are directly linked to data, which makes it very easy to quickly see who is working on what issues and which are most critical pending items.

Custom Fields for Issues

To provide teams with full flexibility to manage their processes, Yodiz offers custom fields for issue tracker. You can add custom fields of any type, with proper error message and validation criteria.

Create Project and Add members

In Yodiz you can have multiple projects and to add a new project is very simple. From your company directory you can pick the members you want to have in this project. This gives great flexibility to be part of different projects. Once you add member to the project, they will automatically see this new project in their project list.

Email settings

You can configure your preferences to receive emails. Yodiz notifications are an alternative to reduce the emails when somebody assigns you new issue or make comment on the item you are responsible.

Issues <--> user story dependencies

Issues can easily be linked to user stories and vice versa. To manage dependencies issues can be associated to other issues as well.
