To add user to multiple projects, follow these steps:

• Click on Administration (from top right settings icon).
• Choose User Directory option from left menu.
• For each user in the list you see the option “Manage Projects and Roles”
• Click on above link and in pop-up, you can add this user to multiple projects.
• You can also change user role in the same pop-up.
