Yes, you can restore a deleted item from recycle bin. Restoring information differs per item type.

• Click on leftmost bar of Navigation Menu > Recycle Bin
• Locate the deleted User Story from the list, and press Restore.

Note: You need global permission access in order to view recycle bin, please check with you admin if you are unable to view Recycle Bin.
