Once a status set is created for a board, be careful while deleting it. Admin Rights are needed to delete a status set. To change status scheme:
- Locate the desired project from the list of projects and click on it
- Once landed on the status set scheme page, click on edit icon to edit status scheme
- Locate the status from list and go to its ellipses icon and finally delete the status
- A disclaimer is shown to ensure deletion
- Select the new status for any existing Items of similar status and update Items.
Note: It may take a bit longer to update status set scheme if your project had various Items with deleted status.
