You can switch/change the associated status set scheme of a project by following navigation provided below:

Go to top right Settings dropdown > Project & Users > Manage Projects
Locate the project in list > Settings > Manage Status Set Scheme

Click on”Switch Status Set” located on right corner. Select and associate new status scheme here.

Note: It is usually not recommended to switch status set scheme if you already have a large amount of data in a project.
