What if a payment is rejected?
If payment is rejected, then we will recommend to check your payment method and its expiry date. If all given information is correct, then system will automatically retry for the payment next day at 13:00 GMT.
What if we are reducing number of users?
Downgrading your subscription package or reducing number of users is done by Changing your Plan by your Subscription Manager. Changes will be applicable from your next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund or upgrade after purchasing a subscription?
Payments are non-refundable. You can upgrade subscription anytime.
Can I sign up for an automatic renewals of on-site subscription?
Automatic renewal of subscription is automatically On. If your given payment method credentials get expire then your payment gets rejected and we will notify you to change your payment method.
Are there any applicable taxes?
Applicable taxes depend on different regions. For European companies, we ask for your VAT (Value Added Tax) ID.
