You can check Activity Feeds of the project from following boards:

  • Sprint
  • Release
  • Issue Tracker

Navigate to the board, and from Right Navigation Menu select > Bell-Icon Activity to see latest changes.

Check your profile settings if you want to add or edit notifications. Learn more about how to add and edit notifications.
