In cases that your Payment declines, an email notification would be automatically sent to you depicting payment failure, and user needs to update their Yodiz payment settings. Meanwhile, user company will be switched to 15 day trial period. Next steps are:

  • Check out your payment method and make sure if all credentials are correct? If not, then go to Payment Management Pages > Update Payment Settings and save updated information.
  • Check if the account has sufficient funds to make successful payment. Once all is set, wait for the auto transactions until next day or contact us directly for further assistance.
  • Note: At Yodiz, outstanding payments are automatically transacted at 13:30 GMT daily.
  • If all payment related information seems correct but you are not able to make a payment, please reach out to your bank or Paypal directly to make sure that everything is accurate and whitelisted.
