If your transaction is pending, for the reason that current payment method information is not valid and you want to change it. For paying pending transaction:
- Select Navigation menu > Setting > Billing
- Go to “Payment Management” from left menu bar > click on “Update Payment Settings” to change your credit card information.
- Once payment method information is updated. Payment will be transacted on 13:00 GMT the same or next day.
Note: For pending payments, the system does not allow to change the users or other information except the payment method. Please contact us to make any other changes simultaneously.
