One of the top features requested by our customers is Integration with Zendesk. Today we are happy to announce that, it is done and available with our new Yodiz release.

We have built a new board for managing Integration with Zendesk. Customers can associate Zendesk tickets to Yodiz

  • Issue

The board has Top switch to view “User Stories” and “Issues”. The “User Stories” button is by default selected.

On board there are 4 columns, the first one have “Un associated” tickets, the other 3 columns show progress of already associated tickets.
