Team Agility Self-Assessment is used to evaluate and assess the agility of the activities done in the Sprint. With that being said, it measures the extent to which a company applies the practices of agile. It is a report consisting of questions, each answered by assigning a value. The findings from this report are illustrated in the form of a Radar Chart. The chart visualizes the overall progress and where the team lacks in being Agile. This assessment serves as a basis for improvement for the next Sprint. It displays the progress which shows the impact of the team’s work.
Being Agile is finding ways to become agile. Thus every company has their own assessment form. They have the respective areas that they evaluate. At Yodiz, we have our own Agile Assessment Form which will help you see how agile you are. The form below is a template of seeing how Agile you are.
